Responsibilities
Design For testing (DFT) for Smart POS including PCBA, semi-assembly and finish product etc.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compile Working Instructions (WI) to integrate electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, firmware engineering, test engineering and terminal management system for a Smart POS assembly and test.
Work with R&D Engineering team from Engineering Validation Test (EVT) phase to Design Validation Test (DVT) phase and transfer all manufacturing WI and documents to New Product Introduction (NPI) team from Production Verification Test (PVT) phase.
Support production functional testing, troubleshooting, and designing test jigs firmware development according to product requirement.
Improve the production process and procedure of PCBA, SMT and chassis assembly.
Improve the test methodology of electronic products and the test fixtures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics/ Computer/ Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering.
Over 3 years’ experience in consumer electronics manufacturing industry and more experience will consider as senior position.
Knowledge on .NET technology (ASP.NET and C# etc) high level programming language for PC production test software
Knowledge on android smart phone manufacturing is preferable.
Knowledge on mobile electronic software test tool development/ automation/ embedded system/ LabVIEW hand on experience is preferable.
Good interpersonal skills including listening, communicating.
Good analytical mindsets on problem assess and root cause finding.
Willing to travel to China and Asian countries.
Good spoken in English and Mandarin
